Description

Background

The safari branch in adblockpluschrome is no longer actively maintained and we want to remove Safari support from the buildtools, yet we still need to be able to update the "Adblock Plus for Safari" extension.

What to change

Move the logic responsible for packaging Safari extensions to sitescripts, making createNightlies.py able to create development builds for "Adblock Plus for Safari" without being dependent on the buildtools' packagerSafari.py and xarfile.py.
