Update subscriptions.xml to include EasyList Portuguese filter list

Description
Background
We now have a recommended Portuguese filter list, we want to have it available for users to select in the options page.
It is already added to the subscriptionlist.
What to change
- Update and regenerate subscriptions.xml to include this new filter list subscription.
