Description

Background

In order to improve our build environment (#4098) we need to allow build.py command line interface to accept non-numerical build IDs (#4099). In addition, this dependency update will import #4088, #4059, #4097 which should all have no effect on the build.

What to change

Updating dependency and running ensure_dependencies.py for it to update should be sufficient.
