Background

Much like the request for disabling the first run page (#1491), administrators also ask for an option to disable checking for updates (as they would monitor for those by themselves).

What to change

Add a pre-configurable property to skip checking for updates or to disable the prompt, at least.

There is now a value in a registry key HKCU\Software\AdblockPlus called disable_auto_updates. It needs to be set to "true" if updates should be disabled.
