Description
Background
In order to have hybrid builds (#5050) we need to import changes from #5049 first which shouldn't have any impact on the build at the current stage. Additional changes introduced here:
- #5610, #4552, https://hg.adblockplus.org/buildtools/rev/251daeabfd82, #4670, #4700, #4575, #4719, #4578, #4836, #4865, #4882, https://hg.adblockplus.org/buildtools/rev/e2a22ff89969, https://hg.adblockplus.org/buildtools/rev/1b59fbf12b07 - not relevant for the Firefox build
What to change
Update dependency and verify that the build doesn't change.
