Background

This will update the buildtools dependency for Adblock Plus for Firefox to the latest revision. The important change here is #4336 - signing functionality is removed for Firefox builds and unsigned releases will no longer produce a warning. The other changes (#4342, #4339, #4340, #4382, #4375, #4047, #4353, #4468) should not be relevant for Firefox builds.

What to change

Update dependency and commit ensure_dependencies.py, verify that the produced build doesn't change.
